Aspiring New Patriotic Party Chairman, Stephen Asamoah Boateng, has congratulated all nominees for the positions of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs).

Their nominations by President Akufo-Addo, he said, is an expression of confidence in their expertise, which is needed by the government to help steer the affairs of the country.

According to him, the first hurdle has been completed successfully and expressed hope Assembly members will go on to make the President and Ghanaians proud by confirming the nominees.

He appealed to the nominees who were not successful in their bids to calm their supporters while the NPP works to break the eight.

HON. STEPHEN ASAMOAH BOATENG CONGRATULATES MMDCEs NOMINEES

It is with much pleasure and honour to congratulate you all on your nominations as the Metropolitan Municipal and District Chief Executives for your respective Assemblies.

The confidence reposed in you by the President of the Republic of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to represent him at the local level is ideal in that your expertise is needed by the President and the good people of Ghana to help steer the affairs of the country in the second term of H. E. Nana Addo led government.

The first hurdle has been completed successfully and that, I wish you all the best in your election ahead to be confirmed by the Hon. Assembly members and I am very optimistic that you will make the president and Ghanaians proud.

To the other aspirants who were not successful this time, I wish you better luck next time and urge you all to calm your supporters whiles we work hard and prepare to break the (8) years gene and create more opportunities for all.
God bless us all, God bless NPP and God bless our Homeland Ghana.
