Samuel Dubik Mahama, the Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), has officially resigned from his position, according to reports.
He reportedly submitted his resignation letter to the Board Chairman of ECG, citing personal reasons for his decision.
“I am writing to formally resign from my position as Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana, effective two weeks from the above date.
The decision has not come easily, but after much reflection, I have concluded that it in my best interest to step away for personal reasons,” Mr Maham wrote.
