The Electoral Commission (EC) says it has revised the ballot statistics for some 20 polling stations it submitted to the political parties and the printing firms for the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections.
According to the Commission, that followed the implementation of the decisions of the District Registration Review Officers (DRROS) and the High Courts, as well as the revisions made after the Re-Exhibition of the Provisional Voters Register.
“The polling stations for which printing of additional ballot booklets is required sum up to twenty (20). The schedule of affected polling stations is attached for the information of the general public,” a statement signed and issued by Mr Samuel Tettey, a Deputy Chairman in charge of Operations at the EC, said on Monday.
The revised ballot statistics, including the affected polling stations, the Commission said, had been given to the political parties, independent presidential candidates and the printing firms.
