The Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) of the Manhyia Divisional Police Command has arrested popular movie actor Kwadwo Nkansah, known as Lil Win.
Lil Win’s arrest is connected to a recent accident involving a vehicle he was driving, which resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy. The incident has led to intensified calls for justice from the family of the deceased.
The police cited delays in Lil Win’s arrest due to his health condition. A police vehicle was stationed at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where he was receiving treatment. Upon his discharge, he was immediately taken into custody.
Although the police have not released further details, the actor has been sent to the Manhyia Divisional Police Command of the MTTD. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
