The Parliamentary Select Committee on Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs is inviting written Memoranda in respect of Bills that have been laid in Parliament.

The Bills have subsequently been referred to the Committee for consideration and report.

These include the Criminal Offences (Amendment) Bill, 2021; Office of the Special Prosecutor (Amendment) Bill, 2021; and the Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bills, 2021.

The Memoranda are expected to reach the Committee not later than Thursday 30th September, 2021 through this postal or email address: The Clerk to the Committee on Constitutional, Legal & Parliamentary Affairs, Office of Parliament, Osu-Accra or daowusu-agyekum@parliament.gh.

Members of the public who want copies of the Bills can download soft copies on the Parliament official website@ www.parliament.gh
