The Member of Parliament for Atiwa East, Hon. Abena Osei Asare, embarked on a tour of the various communities in her constituency as part of her Christmas activities.
The MP, who is also the Deputy Minister of Finance, was accompanied by her constituency executives and some party supporters.
On the 4th day of the tour, she visited the Chiefs and Elders of the communities and expressed her gratitude for their advice, support, and prayers throughout the year.
Hon. Abena Osei Asare also emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and security in the communities and urged the Chiefs and Elders to continue safeguarding these values.
The Chiefs and Elders thanked the MP for her visit and assured her of their cooperation and loyalty.
They also commended her for her hard work and dedication to the development of the constituency and the nation.
They prayed for God’s blessings and protection for her and her family.
The MP’s tour of the communities is part of her annual Christmas activities, which also include visiting churches, orphanages, hospitals, and markets.
