Foster Nyarko is said to have entered a Principal Administrator of CHRAJ office and made away with her Samsung Galaxy A54 5G mobile phone valued at GHC 4,999.

Nyarko was nabbed on January 30, 2025, in connection with a similar offence which took place at Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ridge.

A CCTV is said to have exposed Nyarko for his nefarious act.

Charged with unlawful entry and stealing, Nyarko pleaded guilty.

The Court presided over Basilia Adjei-Tawiah convicted Nyarko on his own plea but deferred sentence to February 27. 2025.

Prosecution led by Chief Inspector Daniel Ofori Appiah said the complainant Celis-Jane Nyadroh was a Principal Administrator of CHRAJ, headquarters Accra.

Chief Inspector Appiah said Nyarko was unemployed and was a resident of Takoradi Effiakuma in the Western Region.

On October 23, 2024, Nyarko approached the front desk managers of CHRAJ that he was making a follow up on his application at the Human Resource Department, CHRAJ.

Prosecution said Nyarko entered the office of the complainant on the first floor, Room 15, but met her absence.

Nyarko made away with the complainant’s phone.

On October 24, 2024, the complainant, reported the matter to the Ministries Police Station, Accra.

Luck however eluded Nyarko when on January 30,2025, he was nabbed by Management of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.

A CCTV footage presented to the Ministries Police by the complainant and her witnesses revealed the image of Nyarko committing the act.

Nyarko was on January 31, 2025, escorted to the crime scene and he admitted stealing the complainant’s phone and entering her office.
