The 2nd Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Dinner Night under the current administration will take place at the Forecourt of the Ghana International Press Centre on Thursday, December 21, 2023, with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the Special Guest of Honour.
The event will also be attended by the Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, other ministers of state, Members of Parliament, members of the Diplomatic Corps and media partners.
On the bill are the famous Kwan Pa Band, the melodious Play Boy Band and the evergreen Daughters of Glorious Jesus to perform some of their hit songs to usher patrons into the mood for Christmas.
The Dinner Night is open to all members of the GJA throughout the country, and the National Executive urges them to part with their pens and microphones on Thursday evening and come party hard at the Forecourt of the Press Centre.
The Annual GJA Dinner Night seeks to promote solidarity and camaraderie among members of the inky fraternity after a hard year’s work.
The National Executive is profoundly grateful to the lead sponsor, KGL, and supporting sponsors: The Church of Pentecost, Ghana Revenue Authority and Dor Events & Beauty Complex.
