The Supreme Court has released the much awaited judgement on the former Member of Parliament for the Assin North constituency. James Gyake Quayaon case.
The release of the document is highly expected to pave the way for the Minority Caucus in Parliament to take a firm decision on the Chief Justice nominee, Gertrude Torkornoo.
The Minority had stayed away from clearing the nominee for the job until the apex court released the judgement of the court in the case which included Justice Torkornoo as a panel member.
