The Campaign Team of former President John Dramani have denied reports suggesting the National Democratic Congress flagbearer has promised to restore Ghana’s currency in 100 days when elected as President in the December general elections.
According to the Campaign Team, the NDC presidential candidate with deep understanding of Ghana’s economy laid out a comprehensive plan to return the country to its past economic glory.
The Team in a statement issued by Joyce Bawah Mogtari, it’s Spokesperson and Aide to Mr Mahama stated that Mr Mahama mentioned among others to simplify VAT and streamline its collection and as well abolish E-Levy.
