Volta NDC congratulates Stan Dogbey’s appointment

 

The Volta Regional Office of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has congratulated Comrade Stan Dogbe on his appointment by President John Dramani Mahama, as Deputy Chief of Staff in Charge of Operations.

“This appointment is a testament to Comrade Dogbe’s exemplary service to the Party and the nation, particularly during his tenure as Director of Communications at the Presidency,” they said.

In the party’s congratulatory press statement signed by Mr Sorkpa Kafui Agbleze, the NDC Volta Regional Communication Officer, and copied to the Ghana News Agency, it said Mr Dogbe’s dedication, professionalism, and visionary leadership had been evident throughout his career, inspiring confidence and reflecting the Volta Region’s rich tradition of excellence.

The statement said the NDC was proud of Mr Dogbe, as his achievements were a source of pride for the region and beyond.

Mr Agbleze stated that the Volta regional NDC had been assured that Comrade Dogbe’s wealth of experience and commitment to national development would drive success in his new role, whilst the appointment served as a significant step towards resetting and re-building the Ghana that all had envisaged under the leadership of President Mahama.

“The Party affirms its full support for Comrade Dogbe as he takes on this critical position. His contributions will undoubtedly be invaluable in shaping the country’s future.”

Mr Agbleze described Comrade Dogbe’s appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and dedication, which attested to the fact that his skills and experience made him an ideal fit for this role.

He said that as Comrade Dogbe embarked on the new journey, the Volta Regional NDC wished him all the best of luck and success which would not only be a reflection of his personal achievements but also a testament to the Party’s commitment to excellence.

The Volta Regional NDC further saw Comrade Dogbe’s appointment as a significant milestone in his career, and they were honored to have him as a member.

Mr Stan Dogbe was a seasoned journalist, communications specialist, and politician with over 25 years of experience and had a remarkable career, transitioning from journalism to politics, and has been a key figure in Ghanaian politics, particularly in the NDC.

Mr Dogbe’s journey in politics began when he served as a Presidential Aide to the late President John Evans Atta Mills and later to President John Dramani Mahama and was also the Director of Communications at the Presidency during Mahama’s presidency.

As a communications expert, Dogbe managed the President’s communication strategy, ensuring a seamless flow of information between the presidency, government, and the public and was known for his tireless work ethic and strong organisational skills, which have been instrumental in shaping Mahama’s public image.

Dogbe has also played a crucial role in Mahama’s Presidential campaigns, serving as the head of communications and operations, with his expertise in digital media and campaign strategy which has been invaluable to the NDC.
