The Agricultural Development Bank PLC (ADB) has announced the resignation of Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II, who served as the bank’s Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson.
His resignation takes effect from October 11, 2024.
A statement by ADB indicates that Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II, who was appointed in September 2021, played a key role in developing strategies that positioned the bank for sustained growth.
The Board, Management, and staff of ADB expressed their gratitude for his contributions to the bank’s success.
ADB, established in 1965, remains a leader in agribusiness financing, with 87 branches across the nation.
