The Okaikwei Central NDC fraternity led by the Parliamentary Candidate Hon Baba Sadiq on Thursday June 29 accompanied flagbearer of the party, H.E John Dramani Mahama to pay a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam, His Eminence Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu at his Fadama residence.
The visit forms part of his Eid-ul Adha visitations to Muslim leaders and communities in the country.
Hon Baba Sadiq on behalf of the constituency introduced the constituency executives, council of elders and Engr Judge Hasford Quartey to JM’s delegation and that of the National Chief Imam.
H.E John Dramani Mahama among other key notes wished Chief Imam Eid Mubarak and thanked him for his prayer for the country.
He advised Muslim Youth to emulate the good and peaceful leadership of the Chief Imam.
The Constituency Executive congratulated all members for their support and encouraging turn-out at the occasion.
