Dozens of party supporters in black and red clothing processed amidst the singing of solemn songs through the streets of Saltpond from the NPP office at the Saltpond junction to the the EC office where she presented her forms.

Mrs Hayford in a soft and calm voice thanked NPP members for the support and show of love since her husband’s demise.

God knows best

The Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East and Minister for Special Development Initiatives, Mrs Mavis Hawa Koomson who accompanied her to file the forms addressing the supporters said God knows best and understands why Mrs Hayford would have to be brought at such a time.
