Lawyers of Minister of Energy, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh want Daily Guide to retract and apologize over its report suggesting the Minister spent his birthday flying a private jet to Monaco.
While vehemently refuting the report captioned “Napo Celebrates Birthday in Monaco” said the publication is intended to cause public disaffection for Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh.
“Consequently, our client is of the view that your publication is nothing but a malicious attempt to court public disaffection for him for reasons best known to you” a statement issued by Lawyer Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah of Sakodie Baffour Awuah And Partners said.
