The Effutu Traditional Council has conferred on the Majority Leader of Parliament Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the title of “Osahen”.
The Majority Leader taking to Facebook to announce his new status wrote: “I am humbled by this, and I feel inspired to do more to help my people.
I am grateful to the King of Effutu State, Neenyi Ghartey VII and all his Chiefs for the honour.”
