Treating your workers well will determine the success of your business – Kwabena Obeng Darko to entrepreneurs

An Entrepreneur, Engineer and Author Kwabena Obeng Darko has urged entrepreneurs to note one of the successful ways to succeed in their business is to treat that workers well.

He said when a worker realises the good treatment given him by his employer, it will motivate the person to work wholeheartedly and bring out his/her best for the success of the business.

According to Kwabena Obeng Darko, not all workers are in to steal and collapse an employer’s business because some have geniue mentality to push the business up.

Kwabena Obeng Darko made this assertion at an Entrepreneurs Seminar in Accra under the theme “Entrepreneur Development Process.”

Entrepreneurs, he said, should train their workers to become better since expertise and skills will always help to flourish their businesses to higher growth.

“Workers who have in mind to steal from their employers to start their own business should desist since such venture will not succeed because you do not have the skills-set used by your employer to establish the business,” he stated.

Mr. Darko further added that Entrepreneurs should constantly study money since it controls everything in business.

He stressed that the African continent needs to be spoken well off and that positive mentality for Africa and constant research will bring confidence in an Entrepreneur.

Kwabena Obeng Darko explained that speaking well off your business as an Entrepreneur is another way to boast your confidence to continue to do more and creating your own system in finances by opening more accounts in other to get your monies from banks anytime you need it for business expansion.

He tasked Ghanaians to venture into Entrepreneurship since it is the only way one can become worthy apart from stealing or cheating to succeed in business.

Some participants who have benefited from the teachings of Kwabena Obeng Darko gave their testimonies and how impactful his messages have changed their lives.

Many participants from far and near Accra who attended the seminar were excited as they were exposed to ways to start business, control, process and becoming successful entrepreneurs since there are numerous opportunities in Ghana.
