A gory accident between Mamfe and Amanokrom on the Manfe Road has claimed two lives on the spot.
The accident, which occured in the late afternoon of Tuesday 3rd May, 2022 involved a black Honda Accord and a cargo Sprinter belonging to Nado’s Bakery.
The driver of the cargo car and a woman popularly known as Madam Shirley from Akropong died on the spot after a head-on collision.
The rest of the passengers on the two vehicles who sustained various degrees of injuries, with some in critical conditions are receiving treatment at the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital, Mampong.
