The death is reported of a leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Araba Tagoe.
The cause of death is not immediately known, but sources say the NDC stalwart has been unwell for some time now.
The Western Regional Communications Director of the party, Richard K. Mensah said the death of Araba Tagoe is a big blow to the party.
The late Araba Tagoe served as the Women’s Organiser of the NDC in the Western Region.
She later contested as a National Executive Member, a position she occupied until her demise.
