The Bono Regional New Patriotic Party (NPP) have re-elected its incumbent, Chairman Kwame Baffoe to lead the party in the region.
Mr. Baffoe Aka Abronye polled 173 of valid votes cast to edge out Konlaabig Rasheed who only managed 84 votes.
263 delegates were expected to vote with 26 aspirants made up of 23 men and three women who vied for 10 positions.
Earlier there were reports of confusion breaking out after three constituencies allegedly being injuncted were called out to vote.
Executives from the constituencies namely; Sunyani East, Dormaa Central and Jaman, were injuncted by the Sunyani High Court from taking part in the elections.
