Chairman of the Diaspora Patriots in Ghana Foundation (DPG), Mr Prince Ofosu Sefah has urged Ghanaians to rally behind Nana’s 2nd government and the newly sworn-in Speaker and the 8th Parliament of Ghana’s 4th Republic, for the development of Ghana.

According to Chairman Sefah, the growth and development of the country is paramount and therefore all hands should be put on deck to ensure the realization of the development agenda, as led by Nana Addo’s Government.

He also called on all Ghanaians to be hopeful that this current NPP Government will work cohesively with the 8th Parliament, to deliver on its promise of ensuring sustainable development for the country.

He made this known at a well-attended NPP Victory Party organised by DPG.

In attendance were many CEOs, Party Officials, DPG Executives and other dignitaries including Honourables Barbara Oteng Gyasi, Carlos Ahenkorah, Patrick Boamah and Alwasi Afrifa-Mensa, Stephen Ntim, as well as Mr. Akwasi Awua-Ababio, Director of the Diaspora Affairs Bureau at the Office of the President. The event was chaired by the top Patron of DPG, Mr. Alex Dadey.

Director of Communications for DPG, Hajia Nana Fatima High also explained that the Ceremony sought to celebrate the hard-fought victory of the NPP in the just ended 2020 elections and begin awarding key Members of the group for their contributions towards the NPP’s one-touch win in the Presidential race and majority control of the seats in the 8th Parliament.
