An Aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Stephen Asamoah Boateng Wednesday morning undoubtedly received the unwavering blessing of a parade of elephants on the Bawku road.
The herd of wild elephants, moving towards the team with a wagging tail and lifted tusks stared at the team from the “Elephants Family”, a tactic approval of the victory of the man high tipped to lead the NPP into the 2024 polls.
Mr. Asamoah Boateng popularly known as ‘Asabeee’ and his team are currently on a tour to the Region to meet Party Delegates ahead of the election of national officers.
Even when the experience could have been fatal Asabeee remarked: “Good omen, I believe. God’s Mighty hands are taking care of my Chairmanship bid and, even nature has been commanded by the Heavens to re-assure us.”
The former Director-General of the State Interest and Governance Authority (SIGA) concluded: “Indeed, God is working His purpose out”.
Mr. Asamoah Boateng also a former Member of Parliament for the Mfantseman West Constituency on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party is espousing a 7-point agenda that is already making waves in the party.
