I extend very warm felicitations to all mothers on this special occasion of Mothers’ Day.
Mothers’ Day is celebrated across the globe to acknowledge the significant contributions our mothers make to the development of their families and humanity at large.
Today, I congratulate all mothers for their resilience, tenacity, hard work, unwavering love, and commitment towards the welfare of their families.
Our mothers are the light that guide us through the most difficult moments and the force that shapes the destinies of our children and future leaders.
Our mothers contribute greatly and immensely to our children’s development and its the same show of love that nurtures us.
As a mother of two wonderful and beautiful kids, I have learned that motherhood is a treasure I won’t exchange for anything having shared in the joys and anguish of motherhood. I therefore urge all mothers to continue to show Love, Care, Support and Protection for their families and continue to be the best examples for our dear children.
As we celebrate Mother’s Day today, the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection and myself will continue to work and create an enabling environment for all Ghanaian women to ensure that none is left behind in the development agenda of our dear nation.
I congratulate all mothers for their efforts in the development of our country and wish them all a special Happy Mothers Day.
