Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Samuel A. Jinapor , has commended the media, particularly his Ministry’s press corps for their dedicated service to the Ministry and the country during the year.
He said his outfit views the media as an indispensable arm of their work and will continue to engage with the press corps to keep Ghanaians informed about the activities of the Ministry.
He said throughout what he will describe as a “hectic year”, the press corp remained faithful to the Ministry and gave the Ministry the needed platform to share its achievement.
Minister at a press soiree with his Press Corp also applauded the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry for maintaining a good relationship between the Ministry and the public, especially the Media, and task them to do more in the coming year.
Whiles highlighting his open-door policy which extends to media engagement, Hon. Jinapor also encouraged the journalists to collaborate with the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry to enhance a mutually satisfactory framework that will guide their activities.
