The Ministry of Local Government Decentralization and Rural Development has clarified issues attributed to the Deputy Minister, Vincent Ekow Assafuah in sections of the media.
The Ministry insists that it is crucial to maintain accuracy and context when reporting on public statements to ensure a well informed discussion.
The statement follows the wrong attribution of some comments to Honourable Assafuah in an interview with an Accra based television station.
