Ministry of Health to recruit GH¢15,200 nurses and midwives

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has been given clearance to recruit 15,200 nurses and midwives.

The recruitment process will begin on Monday, August 5, 2024.

The Chief Director of the Ministry of Health, Alhaji Hafiz Adam, confirmed this in a statement dated Friday, July 26, 2024.

He explained that the recruitment process will be conducted transparently to give equal opportunity to all qualified persons.

Qualified applicants are therefore instructed to submit their applications through the Ministry of Health’s online portal [Click this link to access portal].

After logging onto the portal, applicants are to select their preferred agency under the Ministry.

The deadline for application submission is Friday, August 23, 2024, at 6 pm.

The Ministry of Health has also warned applicants to be cautious of individuals who may claim to assist them with the recruitment process in exchange for payment.
