I am delighted to share that I graduated today with merit from the Executive MBA programme at Imperial College Business School.

My EMBA journey at Imperial was phenomenal and for anyone considering a similar path, I would highly recommend it.

More important than everything I learnt in finance, economics, strategy, accounting etc, I discovered a lot about my own potential on this journey. It also reinforced for me the following:-https://www.ghanaweb.com/person/Gabby-Asare-Otchere-Darko-3433

  1. Great leaders succeed by fostering an ecosystem that allows others to excel for their own benefit and that of the whole.
  2. Leading with purpose is fundamental to the sustainability of business.
  3. There is invariably, a correlation between the value of one’s network and the value of one’s net worth. It is up to us to make this correlation a positive one.
  4. The importance of showing up and telling our own stories and not leaving it to others to define who we are cannot be overemphasized.
  5. We will be most remembered, not for the actions that make us our highest earnings, but for our actions that impact other lives.
  6. True resilience stems not from our ability to weather all storms and remain unshaken, but from our ability to pick up all those broken and scattered pieces of us, piece them back together, however imperfectly, and just keep moving.
  7. The path to growth is filled with challenges, yet adversity births growth, and out of our deepest misfortunes, we are presented with opportunities to emerge stronger and better. By adopting a mindset that spurs growth, we can draw strength, rather than grow weak from adversity.

…. and so we keep moving, unto the next phase, still holding on to that proverbial silver lining.

Executive, MBA Programme

Most of all, on this two-year journey, I have met some incredible men and women and built valuable friendships for life – EMBA 21 was an amazing cohort, that I am so proud to be a part of.https://mypublisher24.com/gabby-frimpong/
