NEIP CEO awarded doctorate degree

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Entrepreneurial and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Lawyer John Kumah was last Saturday awarded a doctorate degree in Business Innovation.

Dr John Kumah, who is also the parliamentary candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Ejisu Constituency in the Ashanti Region, was also awarded two other  degrees, including a Masters in Applied Research and Doctoral Certificate.

The doctorate and other two degrees were all awarded to the NEIP CEO by the Swiss Business School, based in Switzerland.

The ceremony leading to the award of the three degrees took place during the graduation of final year students of the school at the Ghana campus of the school, the Nobel International Business School (NIBS), situated in Accra.

The thesis of Lawyer John Kumah that led to the award of his doctorate degree was on the topic ‘Factors that Affect Product/Service Innovation among SMEs in Ghana’.

Speaking to the media after the ceremony, Dr John Kumah seized the opportunity to congratulate all his colleagues for having successfully gone through their studies.

“I congratulate all my colleagues for our efforts in successfully going through our courses of studies and pray for God’s guidance in our future endeavours,” he said.

The NEIP CEO also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all his lecturers and supervisors who guided him throughout his studies.

 “Let me also express appreciation to my lecturers and supervisors, who guided me in this journey,” Dr John Kumah told the media over the weekend.

In all, a total of 64 newly trained business minds capable of taking on Africa and the world graduated.
