A former Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Legon, Prof. Kwesi Yankah, has denied reports suggesting a response to some comments by Sammy Gyamfi, the Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) about Ghana’s education system.
According to Prof. Yankah also a former Minister of State in charge of Tertiary Education, no such article has been written to correct any supposed comments by Mr. Gyamfi.
Prof. Yankah wrote “My attention has been drawn to an article on higher education in response to one Sammy Gyamfi, and purported to have been authored by me.”
It continued: “This is simply to say No, Professor Kwesi Yankah is not the author of that rejoinder.”
