Rain and thunder clouds have reportedly engulfed the east and drifting westwards.
Parts of the Volta Eastern and Upper East regions are already experiencing rain.

The clouds, according to the Ghana Meteorological Agency, will spread to parts of the Ashanti, Western and Oti.
However, areas very close to the ocean have the least chance of being affected by the wet weather.
