The Chief Executive Officer of the Awareness Healthcare Centre in Ghana, Dr Samuel Ato Duncan, has revealed that he is determined to proceed with the production of the cure for HIV/AIDS despite threats from some scientists and influential people across the world.

According to him, the said persons have admonished against making public the cure since it will throw them out of business.

Speaking to Accra-based Starr FM, Dr Duncan expressed optimism that the drug will be potent against HIV/AIDS disease.

“…Even if I am killed because I have the medicine that can cure HIV/AIDS, there must be somebody to continue producing the drug for HIV/AIDS,” he said.

Explaining further, he said since 2007 “I have received a lot of threats, many many threats to stay away from producing drugs to cure HIV/AIDS.”

“I don’t understand why some people don’t want HIV/AIDS to get out from this world.” he lamented.
