Roman ridge is a residential estate in Accra that features mostly middle income earning families and high earning income families. Roman ridge is an old neighborhood and has been in existence for a while. You will find mostly high-end corporate workers or well to do citizens in this neighborhood. Security here is tight as there are so many embassies with in this neighborhood including schools, supermarkets, Banks and everything you need to live well in this community. An average price of renting a 4-bedroom in this neighborhood is around $1000 per month(₵5,970) while a five(5) bedroom fully detached cost around $200k up to $50,000 dollars per month.

4. EAST LEGON

It’s located about 13 km Northeast of the city centre. It’s about 11 minutes drive from the kotoka international airport (KIA). If you are thinking of finding a property in east legon, you will be pleased to know that it is literally a great hub for business because it’s certainly located in a neighborhood that is mostly self-sustainable with everything you need from a walking distance depending on which part you stay. East legon is home to some important people like ministers of state, member of Parliament (MP’s), international footballers and other dignitaries and celebrities. According to residents here there are lots of Nigerians and ivorians in this neighborhood so if you are looking for a neighborhood right in this city of Accra this is a perfect place for you. Houses here are mainly apartment fully detached and few bungalows. Properties in this neighborhood can run into millions of Dollars because of its location being in the heart of Accra. A standard five(5) bedroom is averaged around $500k and even 1.2 million dollars for a 6 bedroom fully detached property. Renting a three-bedroom is average around $1500 per month.

2. TRASACCO ESTATE

This particular estate needs no introduction. One of the most finest residential parts of East legon. The valley is in tune with nature offering a controlled siren environment to the habitants. Considered to be the foremost estate community in Ghana boasting of the most lavish and sought-after property not only in Ghana but in West Africa. Trasacco valley boast of uniquely designed architectural high quality buildings and general landscape designed to contribute to the high demand by those who love properties and can afford them. Trasacco valley boast of an impressive entrance gate, excellent infrastructure, amenities and a master plan. This community has shops, restaurants, health facilities and recreational facilities at the highest of standards in Accra which features golf course, a tennis court and parks. A standard four(4) bedroom house in trasacco valley is averaged around $600,000 up to $900,000 while a six(6) bedroom fully detached might go for 1.5 million dollars to 2 million dollars.

1. AIRPORT HILL ESTATE

This is one of the most beautifully designed estates in the country. It’s Ghana’s most prestigious and highly expensive neighborhood located in a gated community close to the Kotoka International Airport(KIA). Houses for rent in this neighborhood are heavily sort after by foreign investors and many high earners in the country.
