The 1st Vice Chairman indicated that the President of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is doing his best to curb the unemployment situation in Ghana. However, the government cannot do all unless individuals also get involved. He continued by saying, the NPP believes in the free market economy just as the people in the USA believe and hence individual investors have a greater opportunity to operate in Ghana.

Hon. Erica Thomas expressed her interest and assured Mr Edmund Kyei that she will do anything within her capacity to help engage individuals and organizations so that the discussions can become a reality.

Moses Michael Levi Barrow popularly known as Hon. Shyne, the opposition leader for Belize who was also present at the meeting expressed his readiness to also make sure he does all he can to bring people who are ready to invest in Ghana on board. He however encouraged Mr Edmund Kyei to always have his people at heart just as he has started as a young politician.
